      There are not any pros associated with this company

      Cons

      Management too engrossed in their day to day to improve systems or processes. Far too many people who have been promoted above their emotional competency and are not suited to managing people. Far too focused on bottom line $ and not enough on culture. Promoted themselves re PRIDE month then signed a partnership with FINA who have just implemented anti Trans policies.

      Great company, awesome benefits. Company as a whole does look after their employees.

      Cons

      Very poor communication withing departments. Management not very active and don't expect to get promoted unless you are ethnic in race.
