      Community outreach, thoroughly trained in some functions, at times strong leadership, great people to work with

      Cons

      Undervalued underpaid overworked Lack of action when problems are brought up. Only reactive to issues never proactive to stop them from happening.

      Flexible - demanding depending on role

      Pros

      Good autonomy. Good flexibility. Good travel policy for work purposes.

      Cons

      Poor payscale for expectations - probably about 5-7 years behind schedule for standard salaries. Poor leadership communication - limited open door policy and possible retribution if you say the wrong thing to the wrong person.
