Pros

Great people to work with. Health Care is excellent. I paid 175.00 bi-weekly. This was for my wife and me. This was the gold plan. 401k so-so.

Cons

I was hired two years ago. They have yearly layoffs. I was one of the casualties.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. It’s encouraging to hear that you’ve experienced positive aspects such as healthcare benefits, supportive colleagues, and the slower pace during the holiday season. These elements are crucial for achieving a work-life balance, and we’re pleased to see that they’ve had a meaningful impact on your experience. Your concerns about departmental management not always aligning well with one another are not falling on deaf ears. We are actively working to address this issue and strengthen cross-departmental communication and alignment. Our goal is to ensure that all teams feel supported and connected in achieving our common goals. Your contributions and honest feedback are not only appreciated but also invaluable to us. They are the compass that guides us towards improvement and growth. Your voice has been heard; it is an integral part of our journey towards creating a more unified and supportive environment for every employee.

Pros

Challenging work, opportunity to grow. Some positions pay well. Benefits are okay.

Cons

This company has ZERO concern for people. Even if you find a good manager to work for and love what you do, the company will make changes to both. In addition, if you come to a position where you get to really see what is happening, you will realize the complete lack of ethics - anything for a dollar including alienating customers and employees, manipulating numbers, guarding one's own position without concern for others - and lack of living their values. Working here forces you to choose between your morals/ethics and trying to be successful - they don't exist together. People in all levels end up with stress and health issues. If you think HR can help, you'd be confiding in a group that has downed the lack of ethics/morals kool-aid to the last drop...anyone who was helpful, competent or caring is run out. It is like being in a bad relationship, you think you can fix/help things then regret not leaving earlier.

Thank you for sharing such a candid account of your experience. We deeply regret that your time with Corpay left you feeling unsupported and conflicted. We understand that despite finding challenging work, growth opportunities, and some strong leaders along the way, these feelings overshadowed your experience. We hear your concerns about ethics, shifting management priorities, and the impact that a challenging environment can have on both employees and customers. While we are proud of our business achievements, we recognize that success cannot come at the expense of trust, transparency, or employee well-being. Feedback like yours reaffirms our commitment to aligning our values with our practices—ensuring that people feel respected, heard, and able to thrive without compromising their integrity. Your comments about HR and leadership are definitely heard and taken to heart. We understand that if employees don't feel comfortable raising concerns, we cannot truly live up to the culture we want to foster. We are taking concrete steps to enhance accountability, strengthen communication, and support leaders in building healthier and more sustainable teams. We would like to thank you for your years of service and the valuable contributions you made during your time with us.
