Pros

The students in Coppell ISD are high achieving. Many of the educators either live in the company and/or were born and raised there, which shows how "tight knit" the community is.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working in Coppell ISD is the "closeness" of the community. For example, parents can be a little demanding, which make it difficult for the educators to make decisions that impact the school.

-mean girl mentality -favoritism- some people can do anything they want or nothing at all and never get in trouble -no support when upper admin is called out -toxic campus leadership -low pay -little diversity amongst staff
