      Pros

      Coppel is a multinational company, with presence in Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. With a great working environment, Coppel offers good training to their new employees, great benefits, and constant update in their processes to have a more efficient department, and overall Company performance.

      Cons

      A family business, with a very traditional background. For this same reason, Coppel may take time to incorporate to this generation's profile (regarding fashion, lifestyle, etc). Also their International Office only runs at Mexico.

      great company to adquire experience develop skills and to learn all the proceses in the construction field. Base Sallary and benefits

      you are allways on the road and allmost are not in your hometown so you will miss a lot of family moments

      - Great environment - Very good opportunities to growth - They invest in your trainning - Benefits greater than most of the companies in Mexico - Cool projects

      Cons

      - Time schedule is not that great 8 am till 7 pm, though, you do not work on saturdays which is great.
