Great place to work with amazing people . The people make this place and the company could be so much more successful.

Cons

Salaries do not keep up with the current going rate, Performance reviews mean nothing for your salary so even if you go above and beyond you wont get more. If you do decide to work for CooperVision negotiate a high salary from the beginning as constant restructures and management changes could mean this original number stagnates.
