Good work/life balance for someone who's 19yrs old

4 days off after being 4 days on, Rotation as of roles if you are in the actual warehouse, so you are not always sitting down packing or always on the move and heavy lifting

long shift 12hrs but still not so bad

Great culture, competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and hybrid work schedule.

Cons

While overall benefits are good, I wish our health insurance vendor (Aetna) would be changed. I pay a lot more out of pocket than I have with other vendors.
