70% of work is administrative & internal-facing, when the real battle is out there as a challenger brand. Some SOPs & policies make no sense, decision making should be guided by customers & patients served as a priority, not shareholders or industry analysts

Entry Level training was reasonable, but barely any support once the role was initiated. Great products - proud to be part of the company. Benefits were great: medical/dental, 401k and stock discount purchase program

Cons

Goals needed to be made under stressful conditions. No path for advancement - very disheartening. People were in the role for years with no chance for advancement.
