Pros

Multiple ongoing system projects, but still managable. Generally people here are friendly and reasonable.

Cons

Too much changes in the organization lately. Sucky low increment, and my direct reporting has to be changed 3 times!

the salary and employee benefits are reasonable. good working environment and colleageus are nice. there are chances to travel oversea for meeting.

Cons

Bonus and increament is not satisfactory. It is not a good company to stay long because the company is not aggresive enough.workers may not up to date regarding the market trend.

Employees actually matter at this company. This company provides multiple forms of recognition with personal touch/visits from the President. The vision for the future is bright and embracing. A lean company but a big heart. The Wellness Initiative is threaded into the culture.

Cons

The company is lean (which is good and difficult). Staff plates are full, yet employees are given opportunity to participate and strengthen the organization.
