CooperVision is a great place to start your career. Strong culture, welcoming and friendly environment, people treat each other with respect. There is a real sense of meritocracy, if you put in the work and show that you care you will be rewarded. The people running the show are smart and know what they’re doing, no ego’s.

Too many meetings, confusing organizational structure.

8 hour shift. Day job. Got a Desk There’s always something to do. Don’t need to wake up early good working hours.

Cons

Bad salary for the amount of task given and the importance of your role plus responsibilities. Lack of personnel in busy hours. Leadership always on you asking for more.
