They develop from with in at all levels Fantastic benefits They worked really hard to help everyone during the pandemic - although some people would disagree, they stepped up to keep us safe and spent a lot of money doing it.

Cons

Communication is not the best Short staffed and those who were left behind after the redundancies are being worded too hard. Saying that I can see now, that things are slowly starting to change for the good again.

If you stuck in the shop floor you’re just a number for them. Anyone higher will look you down and not even speak to you.
