Pros

- Colleagues are mostly friendly. - Good location for downtown office.

Cons

- This company does not value people and respect people's time. - Salary strcuture is way below the MNC in this country, and the benefit is lousy. - Management team is a mess. - People OT all the time. - No investment in systems; we are still using SAP B1, which is a joke to a US listed company. - Headcount is a joke too. The company never wants to invest in people even if they said so. They push one headcount to do multiple works and roles, and make the person without time to be developed. and then they complain the people dont have strategy.

Pros

Good benefits and decent pay

Cons

Some management are not qualified and are extremely unprofessional and favor individuals. Very strict with attendance, ignores some poor performers and will stay on others just depends if they like you or not. Upper management will make expectations when convenient for them and when it doesn’t benefit them adhere to “policy” they don’t challenge floor level leaderships because they don’t want to deal with having to replace them

Pros

Medical benefits, generally friendly co-colleagues

Cons

Most top management doesn't lead by examples. Always try to save/cut costs at the expenses of normal employees but top management doesn't take lead for that. Too many "thinkers" (or maybe they think they are) and too little "doers" in the regional team. If you are joining the team as a manager, don't be mistaken by that "manager" title as that is basically a rank-and-file employee with little to no say in decision making.
