Pros

None, it's gone downhill so much from the earlier days.

Cons

If there is any training it's usually awful. Huge number of accidents and it won't be long before someone is seriously hurt.

Pros

Plenty of opportunities for paid training and salary is well above average Their expertise in contact lenses is extensive and there is flexibility in arranging your work schedule

Cons

Management style and HR support is unfortunately substandard.. The atmosphere is very clicky with people complaining on your back and not being honest enough to discuss issues face to face without drama. If your face does not fit and you are new to the team then you are doomed from the start... unfortunately there is also a shame culture if you are sick and and any efforts to be trained by your team are considered too much because their time is too important... Some managers are rude to your face in meetings and they carry on in senior positions.. how is this allowed? i am not sure and being under pressure is no excuse!

Pros

-Colleagues, overall, seem to want to do an excellent job and service the needs of their customers, whether internal or external. -Being international there is scope to learn about other areas of the business - whether geographically or product-wise.

Cons

-Benefits are basic at best. -Management is obsessed with avoiding consequences, trying to pass on the "blame" onto others. -incredible levels of micro-managing. -office space felt like a prison, small high windows, desks close together. -Return to Office Order - WFH has been working well but all of a sudden management has decided they need to see their staff to believe they are actually working.
