      Pros

      -Colleagues, overall, seem to want to do an excellent job and service the needs of their customers, whether internal or external. -Being international there is scope to learn about other areas of the business - whether geographically or product-wise.

      Cons

      -Benefits are basic at best. -Management is obsessed with avoiding consequences, trying to pass on the "blame" onto others. -incredible levels of micro-managing. -office space felt like a prison, small high windows, desks close together. -Return to Office Order - WFH has been working well but all of a sudden management has decided they need to see their staff to believe they are actually working.

      Nice colleagues, mostly helpful. Some with ambitions for change & doing the right thing

      Cons

      70% of work is administrative & internal-facing, when the real battle is out there as a challenger brand. Some SOPs & policies make no sense, decision making should be guided by customers & patients served as a priority, not shareholders or industry analysts
