Pros

Clean work environment and gainsharing is a plus. Little perks here and there, tickets to Red wings and hockey for free all you need to do is sign up. pay scale is low but they try to make up for it

Cons

upper management is always in meetings and hard to sometimes talk to. Upper management seems to be spread thin.

Not a bad place for a job but not a career

Pros

The perks are nice- a free gym, help with cell phone bills, etc. There is also a nice level of communication that exists in all facets of the organization- they listen to what everyone and anyone has to say, which is refreshing.

Cons

The job itself is boring, repetitive and really quite draining. The company also has little loyalty to anyone- they fire people who've been there twenty or thirty years, no problem. They also have middle management who have no clue what they are doing.
