      Pros

      All employees are very friendly and are willing to help you succeed. The benefits are really great. Clubsport benefit is very appreciated.

      Cons

      The pay for what my team does is low. When days are rough, morale is very low and no one seems to care. There are a lot of stressful and tough days.

      - Amazing co-workers, managers, and executives - In my opinion, It's easy to be passionate and enthusiastic about the work they are doing at CooperVision - Everyday there is something new you learn regargless of your job title, age, or previous experience - The Cooper Companies takes care of their employees; there's always events, get togethers, and team building exercises

      Cons

      - Very lean company, therefore the workload can be overbearing at times - I personally get the feeling that it can be hard to move up - Different departments don't always see eye to eye on initiatives & ideas
