Pros

CooperVision is good at what they do. The company has a very good strategy which result in a fast growth rate compare to market. Just look at how the stock price grow from 2008 till now. Very friendly management team, passionate co-worker. Micro-managing is the taboo word around here so you won't ever have a Big brother watching over your back. Good work-life balance. If you work in the right department, frequent travel is a bonus. Management do the best to promote health and wellness, which is expected from a health care device company.

Cons

The pay rate is on the lower side for the Bay Area. Company is currently integrating to new technology platform so everything is chaotic. Expect this trend to continue for the next couple of years. Heavily dependent on other office. Even with new platform, the company is on the low tech side, so some people with high technical skills feel under utilized.

Pros

Some great people to work with and many for. There are many all employee events to help keep up morale and support wellness.

Cons

Many overbearing micromanaging managers. Too few people in key areas to the point that they get burned out and have too much of a workload to successfully achieve all required results
