The company continues to grow so a good outlook.

Cons

Pay is low to the market. In Rochester most employees report to leadership outside the US. Such leadership does not understand US employees, are condescending and try to throw promises to keep folks happy.

Pros

The Senior management is a true team and everyone lives the Company values. The company continues to take market share from its competitors. The benefits are wonderful with a 401K and a pension plan. They have an amazing Wellness program with a full gym and trainer.

Cons

Communications could be better from the top down.

Provided a clean working atmosphere, safe area locations, nice co-workers, gym available.

Cons

While the company offers many benefits, they are 2nd rate, economical for the company plans. Even though the company has grown it has done so by producing great products. But they don't share the earnings with employees, aka low pay, some people lucky to even get a raise let alone one that matches inflation. Biggest con of all is middle management. Most of them are just plain clueless or pure lazy.
