Thorough onboarding process, strong tools and new products available for sales growth of territory, solid upper management who listens to and asks for sales force input, a lot of resources available to achieve growth, friendly coworkers, great benefits package. This company has a great reputation with our doctors/practices!

Cons

The quotas are rolling so if you don’t put in the work to make up loss in prior quarters it becomes difficult to catch up.

Cons

The DC environment is one of constant change which requires a high level of consideration for employees as well as clear and consistent communication from leadership that at times is lost to urgency and focus on end results. Improvement here may support improved adoption of change, broader support and an overall more engaged, capable and enabled work force .
