Pros

Cooper WAS a good place to work. More suitable for people who are looking to get their feet wet in production. Benefits were great, and the growth in product is there. The more long termed management are great but they are moreless on the way out

Cons

There are many more cons then there are pros. Management doesnt acknowledge your effort and the work you do. HR is a revolving door and are way 1 sided. You need to kiss butt just to keep your head above water. The pay sucks, You might make 16 bucks after 15 years but dont count on it. All reviews are no more the 3% raises. If your sick 3 days a year you accumulate points...too many points and your fired.

Pros

Company is growing and catching up to it's competition. Innovative changes and automation is helping keep up with the times. Process control engineers, systems support , IT and maintenance are good departments to be in for this. Great Wellness program. Very diverse workforce.

Cons

Pay is low for average worker. When a position is eliminated, remaining personnel are expected to do more and more. Favoritism in hiring is frequent. Development of employees has been almost phased out.
