Good training Good pay Nice people if you get in with the right crowd.

Cons

Strange culture, very clicky. Some staff deliberately withhold information from you to prevent you doing a good job. This is the shortest employment I ever had, I usually stay with companies for 5+ years but I only stayed a year in this company because it was such a demotivating experience.

- You work four days and have four days off. - You can choose between working nights only or days only. - Overtime is very well paid.

Cons

- You work 12-hour days. - When you start, you have to learn how to operate a lot of machines, but after a few months, the work becomes monotonous and boring. - The machines are very noisy.
