A good atmosphere, focus on your development and good chances of moving departments internally if you want.

Cons

Lots of hard to navigate internal politics, and deals around the official structure. This can be good and bad, but mostly I found it stops some of the improvements that might be made to process. Also a lot of people have been in the company for a long time, and van seem rigid in their ways.
