.Called into work on holidays .Loseing holiday hours due to company mistakes .Always understaffed .Small contracts hours .Always reminded we are replaceable .Not paid correctly .Bullied by management .Staff bullied to quit their job .your powerless to do your job .Only three sick days a year .High staff turn over CTMs and managers .Poor communication .Over worked .Made to stay on and work .No training .Expected to do store managers work on low salary .Not loyal to staff .Staff set up to fail .

There was none as simple as that.

Cons

Plenty. Awful company to work for. Staff at this store were the worst there is. Allways watching each other ready to complain or report another member of staff. No support from the company as they were not interested.
