Business Outlook
Pros
Cooley treats its staff with respect and acknowledges that we're human beings. They (upper management) are actively and constantly trying to improve work processes so we can excel and be as efficient as possible at our jobs. I've worked with partners, associates, and agents that are kind, down-to-earth, and show appreciation for their staff as well.
Cons
The San Francisco office does not have some of the same perks and amenities as other offices, although I'm sure a large part of that is due to the fact that it's located in an older building. Even though the people there are great, the physical environment of the office itself leaves much to be desired (especially the crowded and poorly ventilated womens' bathrooms).
