Great amenities and the staff are great.

Cons

Could use better leadership, maybe somebody with law firm experience. And definitely drink the Coolaid and brown-nose everybody. That will get you job security.

It’s BigLaw. Patent Agents are a bit isolated in this office, but you can come in and try to make the most of it.
