Pay is generally okay. Ample time off.

Cons

It’s a hit or miss! You either get paired with lawyers that assign you no work and you twiddle your thumbs all day or get entirely bombarded. Problem is HR is the one that gives salary increases and reviews and has no idea who does what.

Pros

Great culture and people. A relatively young office. Everyone was quite respectful of one another and their roles and they prioritized social activities which made for a fun workplace.

Cons

Some late hours were required due to the timezone crossover with North America. There was a change in marketing leadership which shifted the marketing team culture from being quite autonomous to more of a micromanagement approach.
