Pros

Incredible Benefits. Working with access to the best resources. Some amazing leaders and mentors. Prioritization of the creative process. Access to information and support from Nike org. Real commitment to DE&I.

Cons

Despite lots of talk about employee feedback being a priority, it is inconsistently acted on. Bureaucracy rules, emphasis on process gets in the way of incremental progress. Totally inconsistent management styles can make or break your experience as an employee. Prioritization of the creative process, but not the operational support of creative. Recruiting/HR team not effective. Lots of contract workers/turnover puts pressure on building a team. Many managers, not leaders in senior leadership roles. More because they are good at working at Nike/Converse, not actually their role. Working until burnout praised.
