Freedom of expression, great hours, slow paced work environment aside from weekends and holidays, great discounts at both Converse and Nike. The job itself is great.

Cons

Complete unprofessionalism from higher-ups, store managers more interested in gossip, drama, and partying than doing their job.

None. Not even the money.

Cons

Toxic work environment where people treat you bad because of your belief. Everyone there was extremely bossy. For 1$ an hour more you can have someone think they are better than you and a “manager” title. You get promoted by being extremely confrontational and drama oriented.
