No chance of profesional grow, unless you become a bootlicker. Office no having the basics facilities, in winter is extremely cold y summer super warm, not enough toilets, no enough meeting rooms, kitchen facilities very limit only 2 microwave. Extreme workload No automatized process A lot of manual workload Fake environment people is pushed to use false positivism.
