Good place for fresh graduated kid to start a career path, low payment and possible opportunity to grow. Company offers very good discounts among all the brands under the Nike umbrella. Good benefits.

Cons

There is a lot of discussion about career growth but when jobs become available a person already have it before the job is posted. The company hires Temp Contractors employees, usually very young graduated kids = Low Pay, not benefits. Work hours can interfere with work-life balance. Micromanagement.

Converse is great place to work, you are able to establish a good relationship with your managers who are passionate about their job and ability to unleash the creative spirit. Plus they give you amazing discounts.

Cons

Working back of the house shipment is disorganized, I feel that converse gets pushed aside when it comes to incoming shipments and organizing good products.
