Pros

Great benefits for full time employees. Awesome discount across all brands under the "umbrella". At the start of my career with them I felt like they inspired creativity and self expression. There was a lot of brand pride within the company. Laid back comfortable work environment. They respect your time off.

Cons

There tends a disconnect and lack of communication between the management and the staff. A lot of demands made by corporate with a lack of knowledge of how things are actually run in their retail environments. Opportunity for growth was a large part of the reason I took the job and that opportunity has yet to present it self. It appears to be very difficult to make the jump from retail to corporate no matter how hard you work. Retail environments tend to lack professionalism.

Pros

The employees were great people and I loved getting to know them. Hours were flexible and the discount on Nike products was an added bonus.

Cons

Unrealistic sales quotas that were never met. Often political workspace, managers were very "cliquey" and would show obvious favoritism while exploiting the lower-level workers.
