Great benefits because Nike owns the company. 40% discount, and you could double dip.

Cons

Pay is horrible for a 'full time lead'. You weren't even allowed to call yourself a manager, but that is what your role consisted of. Be prepared to put in lots of work, that you aren't being compensated for. Be prepared for your store manager to spend A LOT time in the back and not lift a finger. Hearsay happens all of the time, gossip between management and associates as well.

Cons

It's hard to deal with someone who is a bad apple. It's hard to get them reprimanded or replaced. There's hardly any discipline for bad associates.

No leadership, working with H1-B employees and contractors who are constantly coming and going. At lot of down time!
