Pros

Nike Discount applies to Converse too. The work is simple. The merchandise in the clearance store is always on sale, so its not difficult to have every customer walk away with a pair of shoes for less than thirty dollars.

Cons

The shoes have no detectors on them, so shoplifting is an annoying issue. There are some managers who are condescending, and like to make smart remarks about everything you do. These kind of managers are the worst - they like to give orders, and not try to be kind. Lastly, there are NO HOURS. Due to over-hiring at the store, we weren't paid for about 3-4 weeks after the grand opening. Converse needs to hire security, or add anti-theft detectors. They need to give more hours. They need to instruct managers to ensure they understand what a healthy relationship is between manager-employee.

Pros

Cool brand. Footwear perks, connected to Nike.

Cons

Management in particular departments micromanaged the team. In turn, divided us.
