Awesome Work Environment

Pros

-Managers are super reasonable & fun -Coworkers all get along with each other (sounds far fetched, but we do. It's like a little family) -If you don't like the idea of fixing clothes all day, this place is great because it's 90% shoes, 10% apparel

Cons

-Shoplifters (we catch most of them but they are still annoying) -The occasional difficult customer (but to be honest, that's at any store) -You are on your feet all day

Converse has lost it's brand appeal & identity Nike thinks they know what's best for Converse Poor management with NO developmental opportunities unless you come from Nike Sad but true
