Pros

You work with really awesome associates. Nike owns Converse so you get a really good employee discount at both establishments, as well as "free" staff dress.

Cons

Management didn't know how to manage. You were constantly told not to be friendly with co workers inside or outside of work, so you had to hide being friends. There was no mobility within the company, they were constantly hiring from the outside for all positions. Also, corporate is so out of touch with their product and demographic its no wonder the brand had to close a lot of stores, leaving us unemployed.

Pros

A great brand doing cool work, with a nice office space.

Cons

Most people working here seem unhappy - from leadership on down. Senior leadership does not show it cares about employees and they in turn don't show they care about the company.
