Pros

As part of Nike, Inc. you get both the advantages that a big company brings along with the the personal accessibility of a much smaller but equally impactful brand.

Cons

Converse is a bit technologically behind the times in the retail stores. This part does not take away from the enjoyment overall but can occasionally be a pain point.
