Working for Converse (Nike, Inc.) has been the highlight of my professional career. There are too many great things to say about the brand and the people but if you are fortunate to join, consider yourself lucky.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement, in Converse especially are difficult to come by due to the smaller nature of the Direct to Consumer business.
