People make all the difference in retail, at converse the diverse mix of people bring life and joy to the role. Benefits that are on par with Nike standards-not your average retail perks

Cons

Tough to get rid of underperforming employees, especially at the full-time level. Supply Chain issues starting at the allocation level can cause headaches and struggles at the retail level.
