Benefits are outstanding. The company at a high level is great. The company goals and business ethics are top notch

Cons

At the branch level of the company, the companies Values and Beliefs have been lost. In order to meet the goals established at the corporate level, the hiring standards have gone out the window and the company now hires anyone who says they have experience but does not go through a proper vetting process to determine whether the person being interviewed is stating facts or fiction. As a result, the quality of the product delivered to the customer has fallen off significantly.

Relaxed atmosphere, commitment to community, Fun and Laughter Day

Cons

Seems to run at Do! Do! Do! instead of think, plan, get it done right at project management level. Too many middle men in project management which muddles communication. Although good about reimbursement, employees should not have to finance jobs.
