There are many career paths to choose from. They have a global reach that brings diversity. The collaboration among colleagues is amazing.

Cons

Internal processes are hindering daily business. Legal department colleagues are overwhelmed and HR is not efficient. Basic tasks these colleagues perform are taking months to complete in some cases. There are disparate systems that cause a divide and delays. The CEO communicates significantly less than her predecessor.
