Convergint has a great culture, stands behind their beliefs and it is an Employee first company.

Cons

Lack of structure in the Software and tools being used, however, this is getting taken care of with the new migration f the new back office system

Used to be good. Not so much anymore

Cons

Workload is extreme, no work-life balance, expectation from senior management to always be available to work (weekends, evenings, holidays, vacations, always). A lot of turnover. Doesn't seem that the company knows what they want to be in five years.
