Global Company. Great people in some regions.

Cons

High Turnover. Promotes Values and Benefits, but bring in too many people from competitors to fill management roles who have spent their careers with no such Vs and Bs and expect them to live it out. It has tarnished the Convergint brand.

Great culture, Great Colleagues, Great Opportunity, & Great Family Environment.

Cons

My branch specific con - Communication, accountability, and lack of ownership, and training is non-existent. Constant people not following through with customers after commitments and promises are made. Internally, the meetings always end warm and fuzzy with a "plan", and then no body truly follows through with the discussed plan moving forward.
