The Values and Beliefs are the reason that I came to work here. We actually believe in them. We internalize them and then walk them out daily.

Cons

There are markets that are served by teams. These teams are often rather imperious in dealing with the local offices.

Great leadership and incredible culture. Salary and benefits are competitive. Senior management 2004-2015 was second to none. They have best in class talent at all levels of their business which is nice. They promote fun and laughter on a daily basis.

Cons

None during my time with the company. Hopefully they still have great leadership in place and theyre staying true to their values and beliefs.
