The office is very obvious in the field of work they lean towards, Getting anything to grow in a different field is difficult to nonexistent unless you do it yourself.

Slow career development. Low pay for tenured employees. External hires seem to onboard at much higher rates for the same positions as those who have been at the company for a long time creating an unfair advantage.
