- Collaboration - Opportunities for professional and personal growth - Caring management (Patrick, Matt, Dave & Shea are amazing people) I worked directly under Patrick and believe he deserves a special shout out, he is an absolutely amazing manager - Lots of learning opportunities, management is flexible to give lots of opportunities to move around and try growing in different areas - Great company values and beliefs, they care about their workers and want them to stay for the long term

Cons

- Client demands can be strict and time sensitive, making for some bad hours - limited staff (likely due to professional labour shortages) makes for high demands on individual workers BUT this makes for great growth opportunities and arguments for raises

i just started working at Convergint, a little over a month ago...and it simply is the Best Company! Management is amazing, Colleagues are beyond helpful, Benefits are great, and overall such a wonderful place to work. They treat their employees as if they are family, and believe in a work/life balance. I'm truly blessed to be a part of Convergint and looking forward to many years with this incredible corporation, who is now my new work family. Thank you Convergint for this opportunity and proud to be a part of the Team! :-)

Cons

The only con is that employees can't wear sandals in the summer...unless you are only showing 2-3 toes, other than that, no Cons!
