Cons

Long days, little reward or recognition, company seems like it is falling apart. Departments are fighting between each other, a lot of turn over. Company has lost its values

Solid company with some really great team dynamics. From a numbers side always has strong growth and sales. Typically, managers allow workers to have flexible hours.

Cons

Very little room for professional growth / promotion from within unless you get really buddy buddy with the managers. This usually means making an appearance at the office everyday to get face time. Regardless, of education, experience, or performance they tend to choose who they see the most for promotion opportunities not who produces the most or shows the most personal investment in professional development. They like to make promises, then keep dangling that carrot never living up to them.
