Incredible place, amazing culture, and the best quality leadership you’ll find anywhere.

It’sa big company. They try to maintain a smaller company culture, but some of the downsides are unavoidable.

Lots of work to keep you busy. Great industry. Friendly CEO and CFO.

Cons

No work/life balance. Very lean departments. Micro managers in some departments. No room for growth if you are doing well with your current work. (They don’t want you to move on since you are doing well at what you are currently working on).
