Convergint was a really positive experience! They've got a great culture, super supportive leadership, and an awesome Program Management team. Plus, there are tons of opportunities to network and grow through their events and training.

Cons

The compensation could be more competitive, and more opportunities for advancement would be awesome, rather than lateral moves.
