Pros
Get the option to work from home(depending on if they like you or not); Pay is market rate so at least its average; You get an automatic paid day off "Fun and Laughter day" which is kinda cool; You get to be part of an international company but get that small office feel; They have a decent benefits package.
Cons
The middle managers can be emotionless and disrespectful to their fellow colleagues(especially Aaron Abril ); The training system has no system, they just make someone try to teach you from scratch with no formula for success in mind and after that you are thrown to the wolves; If you are new they will expect you to understand everything and become an expert in their non-systematic processes within a couple of weeks and will try to make you feel bad about it so look out for that; There is no communication in the office, nobody is informed and there are a lot of "unknown unknowns" that they somehow expect you to know; Half of the project managers don't tell you what they expect and just think you can read their minds and when you have questions they just consider you incompetent; You have to be in an in-group to be able to work from home, they have this initiative to bring everyone back in the office but a lot of the Project Managers don't ever come in and some other staff but that's ok if they like you but if you are not in their friends group they will hold YOU accountable lmao; They will talk crap about you in the "small office space" out loud and think somehow you are going to be deaf and not hear it.
