Working with colleagues toward a common goal. The Values & Beliefs. Company is growing.

Cons

Always more to do which is a good thing - but inconsistent processes and insufficient staffing leads to colleague burnout over time. A lot of talk, little actual change for the better. The idea of the V&B's is great - but they are not the driving force for the company - revenue is. Adding CTC's but not integrating well.
